Recommended Use

For Best Results with CarDecs Magnetic and Decal products should be installed on a clean, dry surface.  They should not be applied to, or removed during extreme hot or cold temperatures.  Wash your vehicle frequently and always remove product before washing.  Move and change product frequently with our many designs.  This will allow you to continually express yourself, and not harm your vehicle's finish.

Privacy Policy

Car Decorations, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy.  We will not provide, rent, or otherwise make available in any way, our customer information to any parties outside of Car Decorations, Inc.  We will securely store such information for the purposes of expediting the re-order process.  We may use email, address or other information for the sole purpose of marketing our growing line of products.

Back Orders/Availability

In some instances, products listed in our online catalog may be temporarily out of stock. In-stock items will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible. You will not be billed for any items backordered, until such time as items have shipped.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item.  You must contact us at sales@cardecs.com for return authorization.  Your return must be sent to us, pre-paid and a credit will be given upon receipt.  Detailed instructions will be given with the return authorization.  Unless product is defective, all returns must be unused and returned in the original, unopened packaging.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs, both to and from for all returns, unless return is because of shipping error or product defect.
